01 Overview
Bcraft Designs ("we," "us," "our") provides custom Roblox graphic design services — thumbnails, icons, banners, renders, and related commissions — through bcraftdesigns.com (the "Site"). This policy applies to visitors of the Site and to clients who place a commission order.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
02 Information we collect
We only collect what's needed to run the Site and deliver commissions.

04 How we use your information
- To communicate with you about a commission — quotes, progress updates, revisions, and delivery.
- To fulfill and deliver the design work you've ordered.
- To improve the Site's content, pricing, and portfolio based on general traffic patterns.
- To respond to questions sent to bcraftforbusiness@gmail.com.
- To keep basic records of past orders for support and dispute purposes (e.g. a revision dispute).
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we don't sell it to third parties.
06 Data retention
We keep order-related messages and files for as long as reasonably needed to complete the commission, handle revisions, and resolve any follow-up questions or disputes — typically no longer than a couple of years unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires longer retention. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' own default retention settings.
07 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information (e.g. old order messages), where we're not required to keep it.
- Object to or restrict certain uses of your data.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
These rights broadly reflect protections under laws like the EU/UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we aim to honor equivalent requests regardless of where you're located. To exercise any of these, email bcraftforbusiness@gmail.com.
08 Children's privacy
Because our clients come from the Roblox community, some visitors may be under 18, and some may be under 13. We don't knowingly collect more information than is needed to complete a commission (typically a username, contact handle, and design references), and we don't knowingly collect sensitive personal information from children.
If you're under 13, please have a parent or guardian's permission before placing an order or contacting us, and involve them in any payment. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided us with personal information beyond what's needed for an order, please contact us at bcraftforbusiness@gmail.com and we'll delete it.
09 Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us — for example, keeping order communication in accounts protected by our own login credentials, and relying on established third-party platforms (PayPal, Roblox, Steam) for payment handling rather than storing payment data ourselves. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new payment method or tool. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
